CHICAGO, Dec. 21 (Xinhua) -- Chicago Board of Trade (CBOT) agricultural commodities were little changed on light volume with only one session to go before the Christmas holiday weekend.

March corn were up 2.25 cents at 3.515 U.S. dollars per bushel as of 1600 GMT in the morning trading, March wheat was up three cents at 4.265 dollars, while January soybeans was down 4.25 cents at 9.4975 dollars.

Much of the CBOT trade this week has been based on technical considerations with funds shedding about half of their length in soymeal, while going net short soybeans and soyoil.

As for other market news, the U.S. Department of Agriculture's weekly export sales report is due today. Analysts pegged corn sales from 800,000 to 1.1 million tons, soybean sales from 1.3 million to 1.8 million tons, and wheat sales from 300,000 to 600,000 tons. Enditem
