Rural tourism helps to lift locals out of poverty in China's Ningxia

Longwangba is located in Xihaigu, an impoverished mountainous region in Ningxia. In 2011, the village founded a cooperation to develop rural tourism, poultry farming and peony and organic strawberry planting. So far, Longwangba Village has been lifted out of poverty.
